Mr. Singh is member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal since June 2014 and member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since May 2013. He also hold Masters of Commerce degree in Finance and Taxation and Completed CS Executive program from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).   His prior experience include service in Chaudhary Group (CG Corp | Global) as an Asset Manager for International Hospitality Division. He had also served for leading companies in automobiles business in Nepal (e.g. YAMAHA, SKODA, FIAT, JCB, MAN etc.,) as Corporate Finance Manager.

Mr. Shrestha is member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since May 2013. He also hold Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from SRCC and Law Graduate (LLB) from TU. He brings the experience of 5+ years in Corporate Finance, System and development and Control mechanisms, Mergers and Acquisitions, risk and assurance in various national and international companies in Nepal. .

Mr. Neupane, is a result oriented professional offering 5+ years of experience (including the Articleship training) in auditing , finance and accounting with responsibility for improving the company’s efficiency and reducing its arrears by k eeping accurate records and ensuring payments are received on time and also g iving recommendations for improving internal controls after inspection of books of accounts.

Mr. Kharel bring 5 Years + experience in all kinds of Valuations, Quantity Surveying, Structural Analysis, Building Design, and Site Supervision. His past experience includes service in Melamchi Water Supply Board (MWSB) as Project Consultant. Currently he looks after various Industrial projects of Nepal’s only Forbes listed company projects mainly (Hospitality and Real Estate projects) in Nepal and India.

Mr. Phuyal brings 5+ years of experience on solution derivation, requirement analysis, project management, architecture design of enterprise applications, software development process improvement, end-to-end development management, office automation, MIS solutions and overall organizational improvement consulting for smaller and medium sized companies including policy recommendation.

Mr. Jha is senior Advocate. He hold Bachelor of Law degree from TU. He brings the experience of 15+ years in Company Law and Secretarial Compliance, Company Registration, Liquidation and Winding up, Notary Public, Company Mergers and Acquisitions, in for national and international companies in Nepal. He is also legal consultants for various leading Business Houses in Nepal.
